Every promotion has its own terms in addition to our general ones, and some require a minimum associated deposit. Where the two differ, the promotion's own terms take precedence.
Unless a promotion's rules specify otherwise, a deposit casino bonus must be wagered 35 times the combined amount of the deposit and the bonus, and the most you can withdraw from it is ten times the bonus amount. Winnings above that limit are voided and removed from your balance at the withdrawal stage. All our bonuses carry a wagering requirement, applied to the bonus, to the bonus plus the associated deposit, or to the winnings, depending on the promotion.
If the standard 35 times rule applies to a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus, that would mean €7,000 of qualifying bets, and no more than €1,000 could be withdrawn from that bonus, and the offer's own terms set out which rule actually applies.
Time to wager
Casino bonuses must be wagered within 10 days and sports bonuses within 30 days after the bonus is received. Once that period expires, the bonus and its winnings are voided.
Bet size
Placing an individual bet above €100 before the wagering requirement is met counts as promotion abuse.
Order of play
Your real money balance is wagered first and your bonus balance after it. Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering is met voids the bonus balance and all winnings derived from it, while a fully wagered bonus moves to your real money wallet and can be withdrawn under our withdrawal rules.
One offer per household
Each bonus offer is limited to one per person, family, household address, telephone number and personal or shared computer. We may deny a bonus, cancel participation in a promotion or ban a player from our promotions entirely at our discretion.

A second list of specific titles, among them games called Keno, Dice and Wheel, counts at only 10 percent, even though the broader Keno category above counts in full. Some titles, such as Starburst XXXtreme and Aviator, contribute nothing, and a separate list of games, including 10x Rewind and Sugar Pop, cannot be played at all while a bonus is active.

Shop bonus money must be wagered 40 times within 10 days, no more than five times the bonus can be released, and it is valid only in the Casino section, not in Live Casino, Sports or Virtual Sports. Shop spins are activated in your Profile and played within 7 days of purchase, and their winnings become a bonus with a 40 times requirement over 10 days and a €50 cap on release.
Free bets from the Shop
A Shop free bet is valid only in the Sports section and must be activated within 24 hours of receiving it. You use it once at its full stake, the winnings go to your real balance minus that stake, and they must be rolled over at least three times at odds of at least 2.10 per selection within 30 days of activation before you withdraw.
Wheel of Fortune
Registered players who are eligible for promotions earn a spin for every €100 wagered on eligible casino games, up to three per day counted by UTC and ten held at once, with no extra spins added once you already hold ten. Wagering with an active bonus does not count, and sportsbook bets do not count either unless stated otherwise. Every spin wins cash, bonus money or free casino spins, and the bonus money and free spins are tied to specific games. Wheel bonus money needs 40 times wagering, expires after 7 days and pays out at most five times the bonus. Free spins are used within 7 days, and their winnings are wagered 40 times with a maximum payout of €100. Cash prizes must be wagered once in full before they can be withdrawn.
VIP levels
Your VIP level reflects your activity over the 90 calendar days before a withdrawal request and the ratio of deposits, withdrawals and bonuses, and a month without active betting moves you down to the lowest level. Acceptance of a Cash Out request is not guaranteed, the feature may be suspended or disabled at any time, and it does not apply to bets placed with Free bets or Risk-Free bets. Processing time
Our financial department works through a withdrawal within 3 business days after the request and/or 3 business days after your last withdrawal was paid out, provided all other conditions are met and checks are completed. Requests are handled from 6 am to 5 pm GMT, Monday to Friday. We may delay a withdrawal to check your identity, account balance, source of funds and compliance with our Terms.
Payout method
Wherever possible, we pay withdrawals to the same payment method you used to fund the account. We will try to meet your preferred method, but it cannot be guaranteed, and if you funded your account with a credit card we may pay withdrawals up to your total deposits as refunds to that card.
Before you withdraw
Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal. If your bets total less than the deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and keep a commission of 10% of the last deposit, never less than €0.50, or 15% if your balance was funded by bank card or bank transfer. We may also decline a withdrawal if you have not wagered at least €20 within the calendar month of the request.
Pending requests
You can have up to 3 pending withdrawals at any time. We may set an individual payment schedule, a minimum and maximum per transaction and its timing, which can differ by withdrawal method, account level and other factors.

Account Verification and Account Rules

Documents
We may request properly certified ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership and transaction history of your payment methods, and bank or card statements. Recognised third-party providers such as credit reference agencies and identity verification services may carry out these checks for us.
Deadlines
Documents are due within 30 days of our request. Until they arrive we may withhold payment or suspend your account, and we may close it permanently if they come late. We usually verify within 10 days of a complete answer, although some cases need additional time or checks. If documents tied to a refund are not provided within 30 days, the refund is not made, the account is closed and all its funds are forfeited.

One account, your own
If you open or attempt to open a duplicate account, we reserve the right to apply sanctions. Every action on it becomes void, its promotions are cancelled, its winnings are void, processed withdrawals are reversed and owed back to us, and the account is closed with no option to reopen. Accounts must not be sold or transferred, and you must not buy anyone else's.
Inactive accounts
An account with no login for 180 days becomes inactive, and each month after that we may charge a €5 administration fee, which we can change at our discretion without notice. If the balance is below €5, the entire amount is charged, and fees stop once the balance reaches zero.
Closing your account
Email our support team to close your account at any time. Closure is possible only with no remaining balance, positive or negative, and no pending withdrawals, and closing with a positive balance or pending withdrawals voids all the funds on the account. We may also refuse to open an account or close one without prior notice or justification.
On reasonable suspicion of fraud, illegal or improper activity or any other breach of our Terms, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion and with or without notice, block your account, suspend or cancel pending withdrawals, void winnings, confiscate the real money balance and void any bonus balance. If you abuse a promotion, we may void every promotion you took part in, void and confiscate the winnings from them and bar you from future offers. Unfair patterns such as equal, zero or low margin bets, hedge betting, collusion and bots are prohibited. Any taxes on your winnings are your responsibility.
